Clinical services

Medical care is delivered by independently licensed healthcare professionals, including MDI. A consultation does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. Provider judgment controls all clinical decisions.

Pharmacy

Manifest Pharmacy may dispense medication when prescribed. Patients may request another pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.

Availability

Services are intended for all U.S. states, subject to provider licensure, clinical eligibility, identity verification, and operational availability.
